2. Account Registration

3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
- Prices are as displayed, inclusive of taxes unless specified
- We accept cards, UPI, and cash on delivery (where available)
- Restaurant may modify/cancel orders due to availability
4. Delivery Terms
- Estimated delivery times are approximate
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation
- Provide accurate address and contact details for successful delivery
- Delivery fees apply based on distance and order value
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement
- If food is delivered late by 30+ mins, contact support for compensation
- Refunds for quality issues require photo/video evidence
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass delivery partners or restaurant staff
- Post false reviews or misleading information
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promo codes are valid for single use only. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or abusive promo usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spice 66 acts as a platform connecting you with restaurants. We're not liable for food quality issues - those are the restaurant's responsibility.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our platform means acceptance of changes.
