2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders on Spice 66. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
3. Placing Orders
- All orders placed through Spice 66 are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Spice 66 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
- Modifications to orders can only be made within 2 minutes of placement.

- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available).

5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors including traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
- You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information for successful delivery.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order value.
- If you are not available to receive the order, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries may result in order cancellation without refund.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations after the 2-minute window may incur a cancellation fee.
- If your order is delayed by more than 45 minutes, please contact customer support for compensation.
- For quality or missing item issues, please report with photo evidence within 1 hour of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
7. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use Spice 66 for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any delivery partner, customer support agent, or staff member.
- Post false, misleading, or malicious reviews about dishes or services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our services.
- Share your account credentials with others or use someone else's account without permission.
8. Food Quality & Allergens
Spice 66 takes food quality and hygiene seriously. Our kitchen follows strict food safety standards. However:
- We cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, or seafood.
- Customers with food allergies should contact us before placing an order.
- Spice 66 is not liable for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to specific terms including minimum order value, validity period, and usage limits. Spice 66 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Fraudulent or abusive use of promo codes will result in account suspension.
