Quick Cancellation Window
At Spice 66, you can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this window, cancellation eligibility depends on order preparation status.
When You Get a Full Refund
- Order Cancelled by Spice 66: If our kitchen cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive an automatic full refund.
- Delivery Delay > 45 Minutes: If your order arrives more than 45 minutes past the estimated time, you qualify for a full refund.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an entirely different dish than what you ordered, we'll refund the full amount or send a replacement.
- Missing Major Items: Refund for missing items valued over $5 after verification.
- Quality Issues: If food is undercooked, spoiled, or has foreign objects — full refund guaranteed.
- Order Never Arrived: Full refund after our delivery team confirms non-delivery.
When You Get a Partial Refund
- Delivery Delay 30-45 Minutes: 50% refund on order total.
- Minor Missing Items: Refund for the specific missing items (e.g., missing drink or side dish).
- Incorrect Customization: If spice level or special instructions were not followed — partial refund based on severity.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel after the 2-minute window but before food preparation starts — 50% refund.
What's NOT Refundable
- Taste Preferences: "I didn't like the taste" — we can't refund based on personal preference.
- Delivery Delays Due to External Factors: Traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes.
- Wrong Address Provided: If you provided incorrect delivery address, no refund will be issued.
- Customer Unavailability: If delivery partner arrives but you're not available to receive the order.
- Promotional Items: Free items or deep-discount combo meals are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Delivery Fees: For partially refunded orders, delivery fees are non-refundable.

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer — 7-10 business days
- Spice 66 Wallet Credit: Instant (within minutes of approval)

Cancellation Policy Details
- Within 2 minutes of order placement: Cancel anytime — full refund automatically processed.
- After 2 minutes but before kitchen starts preparation: 50% refund of order value.
- After kitchen starts preparation: No cancellation possible — order will be delivered.

Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the issue:
- Level 1: Request review by senior support (refunds@spicesixtysix.com)
- Level 2: Escalate to Refund Manager with all documentation
- Level 3: Final arbitration by Spice 66 management
All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
