- Delivery Delay > 30 mins: Partial or full refund based on delay duration
- Wrong Item Delivered: Full refund for that item or replacement
- Missing Items: Refund for missing items after verification
- Quality Issues: Spoiled/uncooked food qualifies for full refund
- Order Never Arrived: Full refund after investigation
What's NOT Refundable
- Change of taste preference
- Delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or natural disasters
- Orders where customer provided wrong address
- Promotional items or combo discounts
- Delivery fees for partially refunded orders
